• We are a small family-owned business that is all about customer service. My name is Jeff Johnson and I am the owner of CitiVan Moving & Storage. I’ve been in the moving business for over 30 years. My father Michael and I started the business in 1987. Here at CitiVan, customer service is of the utmost importance to us. We know that moving can be a stressful time in many different ways. As the owner, I am out at every single job to ensure jobs are performed in an efficient and professional manner. This owner-customer relationship is seldom found in the business world today. Accountability and transparency are a must for me, and should be for you too.
