• What if we’re not fully packed on moving day?

  • If you anticipate not being completely packed by moving day, we can come prior to moving day and pack items.

• Can we change moving dates?

  • We try to accommodate date changes as much as possible. Depends on how close to moving day change is requested. The further away from moving day the more flexibility to change dates.

• What if the house we’re moving to isn’t ready?

  • If the house isn’t ready, we can potentially store items on the truck for a short duration and not have incur the cost to unload and reload items.

• What if my driveway is hard to access?

  • We assess truck access issues prior to moving day.
